As a construction supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day work in production. You lead, coordinate and ensure that the project moves forward according to plan – with quality, safety and structure as your guiding principles.
Work tasks
- Plan and follow up the daily work on the construction site
- Coordinate resources and ensure work environment
- Follow up on schedule, budget and deliverables
- Maintain close dialog with site manager and subcontractors
You have with you
- Experience in construction production
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritize in daily work
- Structured, solution-oriented and clear in your communication
- Good teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
- Experience with digital tools in production is an advantage
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
