As a construction supervisor, you play a key role in the daily work. You lead, monitor and coordinate production – always with a focus on safety, quality and structure.
Work tasks
- Leading and distributing daily work on site
- Ensure that production follows schedule, drawings and safety requirements
- Follow up deliveries and coordinate subcontractors
- Supporting the site manager and contributing to a safe working environment
You have with you
- Experience in land and civil engineering projects
- Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate teams
- Structured, clear and responsible
- Used to working closely with both craftsmen and management
- Digital habit is an advantage
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
