As a site manager in construction, you have overall responsibility – from start-up meeting to completion of the contract. You plan, lead and follow up the work with a focus on quality, structure and results.
Work tasks
- Project management in infrastructure and earthworks
- Planning, finance and staffing of the projects
- Daily dialog with customers, contractors and internal resources
- Ensure that projects comply with laws, contracts and safety requirements
- Follow up subcontractors and lead construction meetings
You have with you
- Background in land/construction, preferably as site manager or project manager
- Ability to see both details and the big picture
- Clear leadership and a habit of taking responsibility
- Structured, communicative and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of construction law and procurement is an advantage
- Experience with digital tools in project management is a plus (e.g. Bygglet or Bluebeam)
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
