As a site manager in construction, you are responsible for ensuring that projects in Fyrkanten run according to plan – with quality, security and clear progress at every stage. You have a central role in planning, leading and following up the work from start to finished delivery.
Work tasks
- Project planning, finance and monitoring
- Staff responsibilities and daily coordination
- Communication with clients, authorities and teams
- Ensure health and safety and project compliance with laws and agreements
- Leading construction meetings and following up on construction contracts and subcontractors
You have with you
- Experience in managing civil engineering projects, preferably in land, water or infrastructure
- Leadership skills and technical understanding
- Ability to see the big picture, plan long-term and make decisions
- Good communication skills and used to interacting with different stakeholders
- Structure, sense of responsibility and documentation skills
- Knowledge of construction law and procurement is an advantage
- Experience with digital tools in project management is a plus (e.g. Bygglet, Bluebeam or MS Project)
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
