As a site manager in construction, you are responsible for running the project from planning to completion – with responsibility for finances, work environment and leadership. The role involves both an overview and presence in production.
Work tasks
- Manage and follow up the whole construction project
- Responsible for planning, schedule, finance and quality
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project management
- Leading construction meetings and ensuring follow-up and documentation
- Running a safe and effective work environment
You have with you
- Several years of experience in construction production in a management role
- Good understanding of all aspects of the construction process
- Clear leadership qualities and experience in staff management
- Ability to make decisions, structure and drive forward
- Knowledge of construction law and economics is an advantage
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
