As a site manager in construction, you manage projects in Fyrkanten with responsibility for finances, schedules and personnel. You coordinate the work, ensure quality and drive the project to completion with both overview and presence.
Work tasks
- Plan, manage and monitor construction projects from start to finish
- Responsible for finances, schedule and work environment
- Coordinate resources, staff and subcontractors
- Communicate with customers, authorities and project management
- Monitoring quality and running projects in accordance with current contracts
You have with you
- Experience in construction projects in a management role
- Good ability to plan, organize and take responsibility
- Leadership skills and understanding of construction technology
- Ability to communicate clearly and solution-focused
- Knowledge of construction law and experience in monitoring is an advantage
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
