LKAB’s administrative office in Kiruna

Project Summary: Concrete construction for LKAB’s new administrative office in Block 99 in downtown Kiruna, with Peab as the general contractor. The building has five stories and approximately 400 workstations.

Start and end: June 2025 through October 2025.

NORDIAS’s responsibilities: Casting of the ramp, the parking garage floor, four bomb shelters, and leveling screeds. The walls were cast using formwork, and the project involved approximately 1,600 cubic meters of concrete.
