As a site supervisor, you play a key role in the daily work on site. You lead, monitor and coordinate production – always with a focus on safety, quality and structure.
Duties:
- Ensure that work is carried out correctly and with high quality
- Ensure that the schedule is kept in the daily work
- Plan, manage and monitor production
- Allocating work and resources
- Communicate with skilled workers, subcontractors and site manager
You’re out on the shop floor making sure that what’s done is done right.
We are looking for people who want to grow with us and would like you to:
- Has experience in construction/building
- Is structured and thorough
- Dare to make demands and follow up
- Has drive and a sense of responsibility
- Can communicate in English in speech
- Good computer skills (advantageous)
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
