As a construction supervisor, you’re responsible for day-to-day production on site. You lead the teams, follow up on deliveries and ensure that work is carried out according to plan – with safety, quality and coordination in focus.
Work tasks
- Plan and manage construction operations together with skilled workers
- Follow up schedule, drawings and material deliveries
- Communicate with site manager, project manager and subcontractors
- Contribute to a good working environment and progress of the project
You have with you
- Experience in construction production
- Good ability to coordinate and structure daily work
- Clear and committed leadership style
- Technical understanding and familiarity with construction processes
- Digital habit is an advantage
B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
