You lead, monitor and coordinate production &#8211; always with a focus on safety, quality and structure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that work is carried out correctly and with high quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the schedule is kept in the daily work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, manage and monitor production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocating work and resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with skilled workers, subcontractors and site manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;re out on the shop floor making sure that what&#8217;s done is done right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We are looking for people who want to grow with us and would like you to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has experience in construction\/building  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is structured and thorough<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dare to make demands and follow up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has drive and a sense of responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can communicate in English in speech  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good computer skills (advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B driving license is a requirement.
