You plan, lead and follow up the work with a focus on quality, structure and results. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project management in infrastructure and earthworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning, finance and staffing of the projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily dialog with customers, contractors and internal resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that projects comply with laws, contracts and safety requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up subcontractors and lead construction meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You have with you<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Background in land\/construction, preferably as site manager or project manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to see both details and the big picture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear leadership and a habit of taking responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured, communicative and solution-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of construction law and procurement is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with digital tools in project management is a plus (e.g. Bygglet or Bluebeam)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>B driving license is a requirement.
