The role involves both an overview and presence in production. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and follow up the whole construction project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for planning, schedule, finance and quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with clients, contractors and project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading construction meetings and ensuring follow-up and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Running a safe and effective work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You have with you<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several years of experience in construction production in a management role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of all aspects of the construction process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear leadership qualities and experience in staff management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to make decisions, structure and drive forward<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of construction law and economics is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>B driving license is a requirement.
