You have a central role in planning, leading and following up the work from start to finished delivery. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project planning, finance and monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff responsibilities and daily coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication with clients, authorities and teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure health and safety and project compliance with laws and agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading construction meetings and following up on construction contracts and subcontractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>You have with you<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in managing civil engineering projects, preferably in land, water or infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership skills and technical understanding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to see the big picture, plan long-term and make decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills and used to interacting with different stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structure, sense of responsibility and documentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of construction law and procurement is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with digital tools in project management is a plus (e.g. Bygglet, Bluebeam or MS Project)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>B driving license is a requirement.
