It is in Nylandsb\u00e4cken, Slipv\u00e4gen and in S\u00e4vast in the area of Boden Business Park that these facilities will be completed as entrepreneurial housing for Stegra – formerly H2 Green Steel.<\/p>\n\n

The work for all homes started in 2024, where the house in Nylandsb\u00e4cken has now been handed over, inspected and completed. On Slipv\u00e4gen, the work is expected to be completed by spring 2025 and in S\u00e4vast, a lot of passers-by have probably wondered what is going on, where we can announce that these homes will be completed during the summer of 2025. <\/p>\n\n

Together with AJ Nord, Elkoll, Parkkompaniet and Stegra, NORDIA has been responsible for all groundwork, including all electricity, water and sewage, roads, parking, foundations, excavation work, benches, terraces, grass and shrubs. This work is extensive and can require skill as the terrain can challenge the project. The ground conditions have sometimes been wet, which has led to soft ground and difficult access, but this has been managed through good planning and anticipating the challenges beforehand. <\/p>\n\n
