NORDIA, together with Viscaria and SSEA, will build a new water treatment plant in connection with the Viscaria mine in Kiruna.
The new water treatment plant will have a capacity of 1,000 m³/h, NORDIA is supplying a turnkey plant excluding process equipment to Viscaria.
The water treatment plant is designed to achieve up to 99% removal of metals and other harmful substances.
The project has started in early November 2024 and is expected to be completed and operational in Q3 2025.
