NORDIA delivers the final phase of the Riding Hall project in Boden

With a strong focus on sustainability and quality, the new equestrian center will be an important part of Boden’s new riding facility as part of the city’s extensive horse industry.

NORDIA has now completed the third and final phase of the extensive equestrian center project in Boden. With a strong focus on sustainability and quality, the new equestrian center will be an important part of Boden’s new equestrian facility as part of the city’s extensive horse industry.

The new riding hall, which in addition to the riding arena also includes a workshop, garage, storage room and a guest stable with nine stalls, is an important part of the development of Boden’s horse industry. In addition, the building will be equipped with solar panels on the roof.

Accuracy and efficiency have been crucial to the success of the project. The company’s northern origins have enabled it to draw on its experience of dealing with challenging conditions and varied terrain. This expertise has allowed it to be at the forefront of planning, to identify and prevent shortcomings in advance, and to spot new opportunities in the project. This has been particularly important when it comes to solving technical challenges such as combining a timber frame with a metal roof and carrying out extensive foundation work.

“Accuracy is key in this type of building that will be subject to heavy wear and tear and a generally demanding environment,”
– says Mattias Sandlund, Operations Manager, NORDIA.

The end result will be a sustainable and high-quality riding hall equipped with solar cells, ready for use in Boden’s new riding facility.
