Östra Stråket is an urban development project in the new Kiruna center where blocks 75, 76, 81 and 82 create modern replacement properties for LKAB Fastigheter AB and new condominiums.
With a building area of 6,500 m² and a site area of 20,000 m², our mission includes earthworks, green spaces, park equipment and the creation of five shelters. The project is running according to plan despite a tight timeframe and summer production – a result of our dedicated team struggling to meet deadlines.
